LOST/STOLEN CARD & FRAUD
ATM/Debit:
- Freeze your card by logging into the AAEC mobile app and select your account
- “Freeze/Unfreeze” option is at the top of your screen
- If you find that you misplaced your card at home, unfreeze it, and continue using
- After freezing your card, call 800-523-4175 to get a replacement card and report any fraud, if applicable
- If you authorized a purchase and the amount is incorrect or you were billed for additional items/services, please contact the vendor to request a refund
- Call AAEC at 847-392-1922 if additional help is needed
AAEC VISA:
- Call 800-322-8472 to report if lost/stolen or you have fraud on your card
- If you authorized a purchase and the amount is incorrect or you were billed for additional items/services, please contact the vendor to request a refund
