AAEC CARDS LOST/FRAUD/TRAVEL
ATM/DEBIT:
- Freeze your card by logging into the AAEC mobile app and select your account. “Freeze/Unfreeze” option is at the top of your screen. Call 800-523-4175 for a replacement card and to report any fraud, if applicable. If you find your card, you can unfreeze it, and continue using.
- If you authorized a purchase and the amount is incorrect or you were billed for additional items/services, please contact the vendor to request a refund.
AAEC VISA:
- Call 800-322-8472 to report if lost/stolen or you have fraud on your card.
- If you authorized a purchase and the amount is incorrect or you were billed for additional items/services, please contact the vendor to request a refund.
TRAVEL:
- Let us know ahead of time you will be traveling.
- Using a debit/credit card outside your home area may trigger a fraud alert.
- If we are unable to verify you are the person using the card we may restrict use
- Be on the lookout for any toll free numbers you might receive during a denied transaction, it’s likely to be our fraud department attempting to contact you.
